Leadership Team

Antony Clark
General Manager

Antony ensures Simcox is heading in the right direction and that everyone has access to the resources they need. He values the environment he works in and he loves being able to make a positive impact on a daily basis.

“Achieving goals for our clients is the main driver behind our work. Ours is an industry where we are always challenging ourselves and growing as a team and I really enjoy the pride our people put in. They make all the difference.”

Sean Walsh
Operations Manager

Sean works with Project Managers and clients alike; ensuring our teams deliver projects successfully on every level. This includes going above and beyond project-specific desired outcomes to maintain a high quality finish; both on time and on budget. Highly energetic and motivated, Sean was awarded the CCNZ National Emerging Leader in 2017.

Jen Neeley
Finance Manager

Jen works on business development and improvement initiatives across our entire team. She is our go-to on issues ranging from processes and systems through to individual wellbeing; regularly working closely with our HSEQ and Systems team in Christchurch, as well as ensuring our Blenheim-based staff are focused on health & safety.

Marg Parker
Administration Manager

Marg leads all of Simcox’s administration support; assisting our Project Managers with invoicing, claims and communication. On top of this, Marg is an excellent interface with our clients. She’s usually the first point of contact for a number of clients, forming and strengthens our relationships across the Isaac Group as well.

Chris Hollingum
Project Manager

Originally entering our industry by chance, Chris decided against a career in architecture because completing a project successfully felt much more rewarding. Pricing all manner of works is what fills his days now. And whether it’s a large tender or a dam or major earthworks, or a small entranceway or tree removal, he’s involved from concept through to completion at every step.

Paul Scott (Scotty)
Project Manager

Paul oversees various earthwork projects like dams, roading, subdivisions, as well as pricing all types of work for Simcox Construction. Known as ‘Scotty’ to those who know him, he takes a lot of satisfaction from seeing jobs done right. Someone who loves his work and the challenges that come with construction, he enjoys having the opportunity to build projects that last a lifetime.

Thomas Keal-Grant
Project Engineer

Tom’s civil and roading background began with Isaac Construction. But now as a part of Simcox’s management team, Tom prices and manages a wide variety of civil projects; including our 3 water projects, subdivisions, and private developments. Tom’s personable manner and attention to detail and commitment ensure professional delivery, always.
