Construction of Roads and Services for Nikau Subdivision Stage 1A for Robinson Construction Limited
Stage 1 of the Nikau Subdivision involved the development of an old farm on Alabama Road into a subdivision for Nikau Drive Ltd. The work involved major earthworks, roading, service installation, the installation of large concrete structures such as manholes and kerb & channel.
This project shows that Simcox is capable of delivering large projects with a variety of services and structures to install construction of 2,500m2 of carriageway including asphalt surfacing.
